As a driven company striving to provide excellent digital products and services, we realize that sometimes not everything runs smoothly. This Refund and Returns Policy sets out the terms of your rights to a refund or return, as may be applicable for our digital products.

1. Eligibility for Digital Product Refunds

Refunds: Because these are digital products, we do not offer refunds at all. Please read the Eligibility carefully

  • Non-Delivery of Product: In the case that the digital product is not sent or you are not able to download it, contact us right away. As such we shall investigate the matter and a refund will be made if necessary.
  • Defective Production: If a digital product does not function as described, they are unable to fix the issue or correcting it can disrupt their operations we will provide either replace of refund per our danger policy
  • Repeat Purchase: If you have purchased any digital product more than one time by mistake, do let us know so that we can process the duplication charge back too.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Digital download: If you have downloaded or streamed the digital content of a product, we will not provide a refund unless it is faulty.
  • Incompatibility: When purchasing the digital product that does not work on your device or software, it is customer duty to ensure proper compatibility. No refunds will be given for compatibility issues.
  • No Warranty: If Product are available to download, there will be no refunds on products if you have already downloaded the product.

3. Refund Process

If you think you are entitled to a refund based on the above criteria, then proceed as follows:

  2. Refund Process: After telling you the results of our review, we will tell you if your refund has been approved or rejected and when it would be made.
  3. Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. The good news is: Your bank account should be refunded in 5-10 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for digital products at this time. If you have a problem with any of our products please contact support and we will fix it.
